"Colour was way off from the photos"
I was disappointed when it arrived because the colour looked nothing like the pictures. I mean, I know screens can be different, but this was—yeah, just not what I expected at all. Kind of annoying, honestly.

The prices aren’t too bad, honestly. The hair I got was decent, but I was expecting the quality to be a little better for what I paid. I wouldn’t say it’s a rip off or anything, just kind of average overall.

"Delivery took a little longer than expected"
The shipping was slower than I thought it would be, and I was already feeling mentally drained, so having to keep checking for updates got a bit annoying. The tracking didn’t update much either, which made it harder to know what was going on. That said, the parcel did arrive safely in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall — just a little frustrating

"Customer service was okay, not great"
They did help me in end, but replies took kinda long. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not the best customer service experience.

It looks nice, honestly. The feel is okay too, but the texture is a little on the dry side for me.

I was disappointed with this. It started wearing out way faster than I expected, especially for the price. I really thought it would hold up better?? Definitely not what I was hoping for.
